RETURN PROCEDURE

Before returning an order, you must first complete the return form. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. You can download the return form via the button below.

The return form can be completed in writing or online. After filling in the form, you can send your request by email to the address below.

PLEASE STATE “RETURN REQUEST” IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR EMAIL

You will then receive further instructions for returning the item.

Additional information:

• Submit your return request within 14 days of receipt. If submitted after 14 days, we may cancel your return request.
• Complete the return form in full and send it to klachten@autodeleninkleur.nl.
• It is not mandatory to provide a "reason for return." However, we recommend doing so to help avoid unnecessary returns.
• Electrical parts cannot be returned.
• The item must be returned as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the return request has been approved.
• The item must be unused and undamaged. If the product has been used or damaged, Autodeleninkleur may charge a depreciation of up to 100%.
• Please note that you may inspect a product in the same way you would in a physical store. It is not necessary to open the packaging or remove the seal to assess the product. If you have done more than just inspect the product, we may charge a depreciation of up to 100%.
• Pack the item in a box to prevent damage during transport.
• Please write the credit number clearly on the outside of the return package.
• The return shipment must be sufficiently prepaid; the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• The consumer bears the risk of the return shipment. We therefore recommend sending the package by registered mail and keeping the proof of shipment so you can file a claim with your carrier in case of loss.
• A refund will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 working days after cancellation.
• If the entire order is returned, we will refund the original purchase amount excluding the shipping costs.
• For accepted returns, 20% administration costs will be deducted from the purchase amount. NOTE: THE PRODUCT MUST NOT BE DAMAGED OR OPENED.
• Body panels that are color-matched and supplied by us cannot be returned. If an order is placed and paid for but subsequently cancelled, a 20% cancellation fee will also be charged.
• All bodywork parts offered online are specially painted in the customer’s chosen color.
